Hello there! I am Catalina, a 21 year old fitness enthusiast from Spain who started her fitness journey three years ago! As someone who struggles with high functioning anxiety since high school, I turned to weight training to help take control of my life.
In 2020 the pandemic hit, and my mental health was at an all time low. I had already been struggling with daily anxiety attacks, so imagine what happened when we all became restricted to our houses and unable to walk outside for 2 months straight! I became depressed, with daily panic attacks and an eating disorder which was getting worse by the day (I promise this story gets better!).
Post pandemic I took the initiative to work on myself and my mental health improved, but it wasn’t until I stepped into the gym for the first time that my life changed completely for the better. I finally had something to focus on, something that would relieve my stresses and goals I could strive for! Fitness has changed my life, which is why I have created this blog to help women on their fitness journey to being the best versions of themselves they can be!
